about playing at. Most players feel that an

The staff at PDC Poker
has excellent technical knowledge which you can
access 24 hours a day via email on

PDC Poker will respond to your
request in 48 hours latest.
To help the support staff with
their response, if you have a problem with a
specific game or query be sure to provide them
with the game ID and number in your email. These
can be found located in the top right hand
corner of the screen when at the table.
Live Chat
My preferred way to access
customer service at PDC Poker is by live chat.
Live chat is available 24 hours a day to all
real money players.
To help the support staff with
their response, if you have a problem with a
specific game or query be sure to provide them

can be found located in the top right hand
corner of the screen when at the table.
There is no customer support
by phone which is a little disappointing as some
players may prefer making a call. However, I
have used the live chat function and found the
customer support reps very helpful.
